Carlos Ernesto Rodriguez is the President of Telco Global, a leading telecommunications engineering and construction firm. With over two decades of industry experience, he began his career as a designer in 2000, quickly advancing to Project Manager, overseeing engineering designs until 2004. He later expanded his expertise in multifamily dwelling projects while continuing as a telecommunications designer before fully returning to the telecom sector in 2008. In 2014, he took on a leadership role in engineering management, playing a pivotal part in expanding operations across multiple states, leading to his promotion to Director of Operations in 2019. Driven by a vision for innovation and excellence, Carlos founded Telco Global in 2020, establishing it as a trusted leader in telecommunications infrastructure solutions. His leadership has contributed to the successful execution of high-profile projects, and his dedication to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement remains the foundation of Telco Global’s success.

Managing Partner

Alberto Campillo brings over 24 years of expertise in underground construction and telecommunications. Beginning his career in utility locating, he quickly advanced through roles in loss prevention, 811 compliance, and damage prevention, ultimately becoming Assistant District Manager for a major regional operation. Transitioning to underground communications, he took on a Field Supervisor role in 2013, managing over $25 million in projects, including a successful large-scale fiber build. He later served as Director of Operations and Vice President at a leading firm, where he oversaw the design and completion of a major infrastructure project. Now in his current role, Alberto leverages his deep industry knowledge to prioritize safety, compliance, and project efficiency, ensuring high-quality results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His leadership and strategic vision drive his organization’s commitment to excellence in underground construction and telecommunications. Dedicated to advancing industry best practices, he continues to implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and long-term project success.

Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Onelio Fernandez began his career in underground construction in 2019 as a Safety Manager, leveraging his OSHA 30 certification and strong commitment to workplace safety. His leadership and project management skills quickly earned him a promotion to Construction Supervisor, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects. Advancing to Project Manager, he gained expertise in operations management, 811 compliance, and large-scale project execution, successfully leading extensive infrastructure builds. With a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail, he ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional safety standards. His ability to develop efficient strategies and coordinate teams has driven the success of numerous telecommunications projects. Now at Telco Global, Onelio is dedicated to elevating industry standards in quality, planning, and safety, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to ensure every project is completed with the highest level of performance and reliability.
